Initiated in 2009 and ultimately completed in 2021 as a labour of love, Labyrinth Chase is the most prominent and significant painting produced by David Bennison in his Labyrinth series. Its ethereal multiple viewpoints and symbolic subject matter have inspired over a decade of artistic development within his portfolio.

Featuring a narrative of pursuit through a labyrinthine topiary, the playful, amiable characters joyfully and fleetingly emerge from the horizon, ready to leap straight into another canvas to continue a story yet to be painted.

This original, ready-to-hang piece is painted on 100% artist cotton canvas and is hand-stretched over 38mm gallery stretcher bars. It has been varnished and personally signed by the artist, David Bennison. This painting is supplied unframed, and shipping costs to the UK are included.
